Massage is a therapeutic practice that offers a multitude of benefits for both the body and mind. Through the skilled manipulation of muscles and soft tissues, massage promotes relaxation, relieves stress, and eases muscular tension. It enhances blood circulation, reduces inflammation, and aids in the removal of toxins from the body, fostering a sense of renewed vitality. Massage can also help alleviate chronic pain, promote faster recovery from injuries, and improve overall flexibility and range of motion. Moreover, it provides a sacred space for individuals to unwind, let go of their worries, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Whether it be a soothing Swedish massage or an invigorating deep tissue session, massage therapy offers a holistic approach to wellness that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.

I believe that no one knows your body better than you, and because of that, my approach to body work is client centered.  As a trauma informed massage therapist, I take time at the beginning of each session to hear about how your body is feeling.  From there, we develop a treatment plan that suits your needs together.
