Cancellation Policy:
I require 48 hours notice for cancellation. Under 48 hours, I require 50% payment and under 24 hours, requires full payment. As a small business owner, my time is very important to both my business and my client’s wellbeing. Without enough notice, I am unable to fill appointment slots that other clients may need. This policy helps maintain respect for all people who utilize my services and keeps my business afloat. Thank you for your understanding.
Rescheduling Policy:
Life can be unpredictable, sometimes we need to reschedule appointments. If you are sick or feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. I serve many different populations, some being elderly or immunocompromised. I try my best to stay healthy for my self, family and for my clients.
If I am sick or feeling unwell, I will let you know and give the option to reschedule. If I’m feeling really unwell, I will reschedule in order to get better and give you the experience you deserve and I strive to give. I’m willing to mask if it’s something you’d prefer for your session, sick or not.
Appointments can be rescheduled one time. A rescheduled appointment resulting in cancellation will require full payment. Multiple cancellations and attempts to reschedule negatively impacts my income and small business.
Late Arrivals:
Due to the nature of my work, I am unable to add time for late arrivals and you will be charged full session rate. If there is an open appointment slot after you, and you wish to extend your appointment time, 30 minute blocks can be added at standard rate ($45 per half hour added). Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment as a new client.
